Delivery Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

All the returned items are subjected to inspection by MAYHEMLONDON.COM and they must comply with all the return conditions.

If the returned items successfully pass the inspections, the customer will receive the confirmation e-mail from us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

If merchandise returned will not comply with the return conditions will be refused and sent back, at your expense.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned

non-returnable items:

  • Bespoke made or printed items cannot be returned.
  • Head wear cannot be returned.
  • Accessories cannot be returned.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging original labels must not have been removed.

The return must be made within 7 days after the delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges  we only exchange your items for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return & re-postage shipping.


Any import tax or custom fees paid by MAYHEMLONDON.COM when receiving the return will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policy & Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 24/48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

DPD,Royal Mail,FedEx,DHL

Order Tracking

if a tracking is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

UK delivery standard flat rate charge of £5.95  free delivery on orders over £65.00 UK only

Eu & International delivery

Orders over £120.00 will be sent via standard shipping £12.50 flat rate charge 2-14 days from date of ordering international deliveries may exceed this period (Custom made items excluded)


Deliveries will be made within 5-12 working days after placing your order but can sometimes take longer. Please note that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays

Bespoke Items & Personalised Goods

we cannot afford (either financially or emotionally) to absorb the cost of reprints or disputes with customers. So please be clear that there are certain risks in placing an order that are unavoidable.

If colour matching is a priority we recommend using our sampling service ahead of prototyping in order to test your colour palette safely and more economically.
